Lauverjat Sancerre Blanc mission making it both refreshing andFrom Sury en Vaux in the Loire Valley, this organicallyfarmed Sauvignon Blanc is made by Karine Lauverjat using 30year old vines on claylimestone soils. Aged in stainless steel for around 3 months, its bright and dry, offering aromas of citrus blossom and white flowers, with flavors of grapefruit, lime zest, and subtle stone fruit. A chalky mineral texture adds freshness and complexity, finishing crisp and lingering.
