S&S, Shovel to Panhead cyl. head conversion kit. 3-5/8" - 66-84 Shovel with 3-5/8" big bore cylinders (NU) 532554 OEM replacement reference 17530-923 5 8 big bore. Used to run a Shovel with Panhead style heads. Cylinder head conversion kit for 66 84 Shovelheads. This are Panhead look alike heads, as used by S&S on their P series engines. These are actually S&S Shovelhead based heads with just a Panhead rocker cover so the whole set up is basically identical as would be done with S&S Shovelhead heads. The valve train drive technique is based on the Evo Big Twin, so Evo hydraulic units, Evo billet
