Hibiscus, Ginger & Sorrel Rum Liqueur Cacao - LOADS of Juniper70cl 22% ABV Inspired by a Jamaican 'Sorrel' recipe that features fiery ginger, hibiscus, lime & spices we took this traditional & punchy recipe that lends itself to rum cocktails & introduced a hint of locally wild foraged English Sorrel which has a fantastic green, citrus & tart taste. We combine all of this with British rum that is distilled to our specification to have the high ester 'funky' flavours present in many Jamaican rums. Perfect over ice
