Hullmandel in London in 1840 & published by Tilt & Bogue. This lithograph was drawn to stone by John Cooke Bourne. Many of Hay's Illustrations depicted street life of Cairo at the time and are an interesting glimpse of history as many of the buildings were demolished in the years following. Hays
