This topper is made out of fiberboard and features white reflective smaltz paint on maroon coloring. This is one of the first fiberboard toppers we've ever encountered. This topper would look great in a collection of Oregon toppers. Toppers like this are neat pieces of automobilia and would have been mounted to the top of license plates. Toppers were used to add
