It has a floral paisley pattern on the back and the fan side is full of many different patterned fabric. We have washed it with just water and air dried it, but have not ironed it or put it in the dryer. It would be a great candidate for a cutter or some good slow fashion fabric. Condition: It is in good vintage condition but does have a few small spot stains and a couple pin
