2025 Regional Riesling Young Gun of Wine A full flavoured styleOut this month, our dry, textural super aromatic riesling. Sourced from 4 local vineyards, including our own this year. It's delicate, floral and spicy with loads of citrus. Palate carries plenty of flavour with a nice balancing texture from the extended lees contact and from the various vessels with use: Ceramic, Concrete and foudre. A slightly different take on the normal riesling.
