This vineyard consists of mainly German clones with different age and origins, half of the plot is from Pinot vines from the 1960s in a quite dense planting. Fermentation with 90% whole cluster, in the beginning as a carbonic maceration and afterwards in a classic open vat fermentation with some punchdowns.
