2023 Vermentino Tumbarumba Fermented and matured in foudreVermentino hails from Sardinia and Liguria in Italy but it has many other names like Rolle in France. One of the great food wines of Italy, obviously seafood will be top of your shopping list but Vermentino will handle rich pasta dishes as well. Definitely a variety we want to continue with so it might make it to our general release in future years but this first release is just for our customers.
