Since then Ardbeg has pumped out all sorts of marketing led whiskies that might be far worse than Grooves

The first whisky that made me take notice was a 10 year old PX cask strength US exclusive bottling - which was awesome

Ben Nevis 27y/o 1997 Sherry Hogshead #62 The Whisky Jury 46.5%ABV 15ml/ 30ml Scotland Darkest Bourbon cask whisky IGreat complex and refined sherried Ben Nevis from the Whisky Jury quite different to the sister cask #52 that I got earlier more elegant and higher abv carries slightly more flavour at the finish although 52 is a bit funkier and dirtier which some people love.
