I drove by this diagonal shadow in Del Mar under the freeway every day on my way from the Del Mar Skate Ranch to The Pannikin to get coffee and always wanted to integrate skateboarding into the light play somehow

I have been shooting photos of Lance Mountain since 1980 and it's still exciting to shoot him today

but these photos are of archival quality

The photo is made to order and signed by me in black Micron pen in the lower right and with the title of the photo in the lower left in the white border and shipped in a thick-as-you-know-what cardboard tube

This was originally shot in color with Fuji Velvia color slide film

Eddie Elguera Grind At Nude Bowl 1987 Bones Brigade I drove by this diagonalThe Nude Bowl has been skated for well over 30 years and I shot a couple of great sessions there including this one in 1987. This is a backlit frontside grind photo of the master, Eddie Elguera, not just a grind, but a grind on the hip. I never published this image in Transworld, don't ask me why. I need to get back up there and shoot again. 16 x 22 inch approximate image size on 18 x 24 inch luster paper (between glossy and matte). The image is
