American Arts and Crafts Tile of an Armadillo, Bees, and a Dragonfly Pugin while later in the BaroqueA charming one of a kind hand made tile has a busy design depicting an armadillo amid flowers, bees, and a dragonfly. The image is deeply carved, the clay of the brick red background and two sides are stippled with a stiff brush. There are two manufactured holes for mounting. Measures 6 1 4" tall, 5 3 4" wide and 3 4" thick. Very good original condition. There is a little flaking to the enamel. I purchased a few of these animal related tiles years ago
