This is the best quality dry oilskin, and made in the UK. A rich, dark brick red, and made with organic cotton. The finish is drier and crisper than regular oilskins, and has a matte appearance. Unlike regular oilskin, there will be no oil transfer, so you don't need to line your garment or bag. This type of oilskin is water resistant (not waterproof).
