Depicting a tree, this plates naive design was inspired by the makers surroundings in Fayoums spectacular oasis, located to the west of Egypts Nile River. Made by hand in Fayoum, Egypt, the bowl is 35 37cm in diameter and crafted with fire clay from Aswan (Egypt). The gliss free of lead material is painted with earthen oxides, and
