Be Still Original Oil Painting inspired by The Creation andDescription: The title of this painting is Be Still because it was created over four months of a spiritual journey into self. Ive recently taken proactive steps to simplify life, to lean into silence, and to listen keenly to what it has to tell me. This process has brought on intense feelings of discomfort but it has also allowed me to better understand the origins of these emotions and develop some healing clarity. Ive come to understand that I often
