Domaine MANN, Fusion Pelliculaire, 2023 feed-cl0-Italy Edy and David launched PerDomaine Mann's first foray into orange wine and it's so good that we wish they'd made it even sooner. This is a true Alsace concoction of Pinot Gris, Muscat, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Blanc, Sylvaner and Riesling. With almost a month of skin contact, these aromatic grapes are transformed into a richly textured, bold orange wine with bags of texture and flavour. Think stone fruits, bergamot, orange bitters and a sprinkling of salt on the finish.
