The figure is marked with the Royal Doulton backstamp but no name is given - sometimes Royal Doulton used existing moulds and produced a piece and painted it a different colour for an exclusive retailer or collectors event (but generally no name or HN was given to the piece - but examples ore not often seen)

Some darkening in the handle which I am certain is old mis-applied smudged transfer from production
