Château Du Gazin Canon-Fronsac Bordeaux 2021 Old Vine This delicious Crémant is made85% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc, and 5% Malbec from Canon Fronsac AOC, Bordeaux, France; medium to medium plus bodied and dry with notes of redcurrant, red and black cherry, black plum, warm cedar, cocoa, black pepper, and dark earth, with medium plus acidity and dry, chalky tannins. Certified Organic and Sustainable Clay limestone soil, 35 year old vines. Fermentation takes place spontaneously in temperature controlled concrete vats; no sulfites used
