2024 - JEFF CARREL - Morillon Blanc - Chardonnay, Languedoc nagambie with part of the wineIt's simple, if you're a big fan of a buttery Chardy you're going to fall in love with Jeff Carrel's Morillon Blanc (the original name for Chardonnay!) Well rounded and rich, with a ripe, dense, almost fatty matter, and an acidity which balances and refreshes the whole. Clear and finely astringent, with an ever present mature fruit, hints of toasted bread, a touch of butter and vanilla.
