Constructed of bronze, the obverse bearing a leftward facing profile of Hans von Tschammer zu Osten, circumscribed by name and title, the reverse with an inscription of IN ANERKENNUNG EINER HERVORRAGENDEN LEISTUNG GEGEBEN VOM REICHSSPORTFHRER (IN RECOGNITION OF AN EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE GIVEN BY A REICH SPORTS LEADER), with a makers mark of L. CHR. LAUER, NRNBERG, measuring 50 mm in diameter, in extremely fine condition.
