Ethiopia, Kingdom. An Order of the Queen of Sheba, Commander Auction Archive Major (then Lieutenant-Colonel) William JamesInstituted 1922. In silver gilt, a six point star with ball finials featuring the left facing bust of Queen Sheba, reverse plain but marked MADE IN ETHIOPIA B. A. SEVEDJAN, surmounted by an Ethiopian crown, measures 45. 5 mm (w) 79. 1 mm (h), light gilt wear, crown slightly bent and cross atop crown also bent, worn on an elongated loop, remains in very fine condition.
