A Germany Army belt buckle constructed of stamped steel, painted field grey, presenting an eagle standing upon a mobile swastika encircled by the inscription GOTT MIT UNS (GOD IS WITH US) above and a wreath of oak leaves and acorns below, unmarked reverse, with brown leather tab, maker mark for Gbruder Schneider of Vienna and dated 1940, measures 63 mm (w) x 47 mm (h), and in very fine condition.
