(1908 1918 issue). Constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension, the obverse with a leftward facing profile of Leopold IV, circumscribed by name and title, the reverse with a central inscription of FR VERDIENST (FOR MERIT), inside of a laurel wreath, unmarked, measuring 28. 55 mm in diameter, weighing 10. 5 grams, in very fine condition.
