the Pickelhaube measures approximately 20 cm (w) x 26 cm (l) x 24 cm (h) (inclusive of spike)

It states that Unteroffizier (NCO) Herbert Miehrig of the Staff Battery on Flak Regiment 18 has been awarded the Krimschild (Crimea Shield)

Constructed of iron and silver, consisting of a Cross Patte with a blackened magnetic iron core within a ribbed silver frame, the obverse with a central initial W, the six oclock arm with a reinstitution date of 1914, the twelve oclock arm with a royal crown the reverse with a barrel hinge emanating from an elongated oval plate and vertical pinback meeting a round wire
