Brilliant very pale straw almost water like core with a distinct greenish tinge around the edges. Elevated lime and green apple aromas infused with fresh herbs mix with hints of lemon and slatey mineral notes. Zesty lime, green apple and lemon fruits are underscored by crunchy saline infused acidity. Finishes dry with good tension. Some attractive slatey mineral and
