Where the first wine leans Cabernet and built to last, the Dame tends to lead with Merlot, which gives it a suppler, more red fruited charm you can enjoy sooner. The 2015 comes from a fine Bordeaux vintage and has had a decade to soften. In this half bottle, it's a
