Constructed of silver with multi coloured enamels, consisting of an eight pointed radiant star with ribbed borders, the obverse with a central gilt medallion depicting a black enameled Romanov imperial eagle, within a ribbed gilt ring, in turn surrounded by a ring of white enamel bearing a raised gilt inscription
