Germany, Imperial. A Signals/Telegraph Troops Belt Buckle, With Verdun Dedication Buy Now standard size postcard (9x14cm)(Grtelschnalle fr Telegraphtruppen). Constructed of partially silvered bronze, the obverse bearing a central raised crown, set within a ribbed wreathed bearing an inscription of GOTT MIT UNS (GOD WITH US) with laurel leaf branches, with each end fastened with integral loops, the centrepiece flanked by a stamped inscription of VERDUN V. II. 18, the reverse with a loop and swivel attachment claws, unmarked, measuring 106 mm (w) x 48 mm (h), with minor
