Germany, Wehrmacht. A Panzer Assault Badge, Silver Grade, Late-War Type E by Wilhelm Deumer visually-hidden Sometime during the 1990's(Panzerkampfabzeichen in Silber). Constructed of silvered zink, the obverse consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, topped by a Heer style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, surrounding a Panzer IV rolling over grassy terrain, with its left tread extending beyond the edge of the wreath, the reverse hollow, with an oval shaped crimped hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, unmarked
