裁断くずを寄せ集め、粉砕して綿（ワタ）に戻す[反毛]の技術を用いて、そこにオーガニックコットンを混ぜ合わせて作製した天竺です。 原料となった裁断くずも薄い色のみを選別した、ほかにはない特別な素材です。30番手双糸で生地の捻れも無く、長く着用できます。

紡績の工程で生まれる「落ち綿」を原料に掛け合わせたムラ感のあるリサイクルコットンと美しい超長綿を組み合わせて生まれた裏毛。 通常とは異なる糸番手の使い方により、膨らみと柔らかさ、伸びの良さを求めて開発された素材です。古着らしくもありつつきれいな面持ちもあり、デザインしがいのある素材で、ふっくらと起毛も掻いて、暖かさも抜群です。

After research, we found All Needles Flat Knit and Sewn. Combination with Slightly uneven washable yarn and All needles techniques gives characteristic texture, which is impossible to design intentionally. This fabric is knitted based on the patterns so It means to reduce the fabric loss efficiently.
