We beautified the waist with ruffled tulle waistline to create the illusion of a separate skirt. The tulle skirt is our favorite part of this dress. We layered the tulle material of the dress to add to the fullness of the skirt. To finalize the dress, we added a bit of glam, with a sequined mega bow, just below the v back line. Our dress is fully lined, which means that there's no see through
