Romie dress - black/red polka dots shrug Delicate bowsThe body of this dress is made from a black stretch thick fabric (Spandex, Nylon, Rayon). Top front and sleeves are made from a soft black satin fabric (polyester) with red polka dots. Red dots are 1 4 inch wide. Both neckline and arm hems are gathered with 1 centimeter elastics. There is also a panel of polka dots fabric on front of the dress. There is an invisible black zipper at the middle back. Skirt has side pockets.
