This piece is believbed to be Czech and likely from the 20s although it has bit of an Art Nouveau flair

This item tests positive for sterling silver and does not attract a magnet

I imagine the stone is likely a cubic zirconia but I can't be certain

It also has a Tagliamonte look and I'm not sure if it is a collaboration piece as I don't know much about Tagliamonte or Flli Menegatti or how they are related
